The Glacier wine produced from a particular vine - the raetica grape variety – is a specialty of the region. The principle is the decanting method: barrels are never emptied and each year, new wine is added to the old one. Génépi is also very famous in the region. This white little flower that can be found at high altitudes is protected and constitutes the base of this liqueur.
